MotoGP Intro Theme Lyrics?
Monday, August 22nd, 2005 at 11:41 am by rhino
I’ve been spending the entire race season trying to figure out what those female voice(s) are saying during the music portion of the MotoGP intro. They sound Asian to me, and my ears are hearing “Are you ready boots”. It’s been alternately suggested, by a riding buddy, that it’s “Are you ready boys”. That makes more sense to me, but then, since when has any World music made any sense to anyone? Does someone out there have an alternate suggestion, or would you agree with one of the stated interpretations? Does anyone out there know for sure (because you sang the lyric during the recording session)? I’m getting obsessive enough to want to record it and play it backwards to see if there are any satanic message contain therein!

“These Boots Were Made For Walking”
Produced and written by Lee Hazlewood (1966)
You keep saying you’ve got something for me.
something you call love, but confess.
You’ve been messin’ where you shouldn’t have been a messin’
and now someone else is gettin’ all your best.
These boots are made for walking, and that’s just what they’ll do
one of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you.
You keep lying, when you oughta be truthin’
and you keep losin’ when you oughta not bet.
You keep samin’ when you oughta be changin’.
Now what’s right is right, but you ain’t been right yet.
These boots are made for walking, and that’s just what they’ll do
one of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you.
You keep playin’ where you shouldn’t be playin
and you keep thinkin’ that you´ll never get burnt.
Ha!
I just found me a brand new box of matches yeah
and what he know you ain’t HAD time to learn.
These boots are made for walking, and that’s just what they’ll do
one of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you.
Are you ready boots? Start walkin’!
